tak~ing a mo~ment
v. 1. The act of pausing activity and thought for a brief period of time, which usually results in a positive benefit. (Before the initional freak-out gets any crazier, let's just take a moment here) 2. The respite otherwise known as a sanity check. {DailyCandy}
Bizarre, isn't it, how it only takes a split second to change your whole day. Chances are, you know already know what will make a big difference in your day. Like I've mentioned before, the month of May is a very busy month for me. Yes, it's a wonderful month that I get to spend almost every second planning events while spending quality time with family and friends but I also realize how easily it is to lose one's momentum. Because, unfortunately, being in the constant GO mode can really do a number on you. So however your month of May looks, remember to take a moment and be extra nice to yourself (and everyone around you). Treat yourself to the happy, easy and simple things...
