Keeping my pace... as my sister and I train for our first full marathon I've been going through some heavy workout moments. Being tired and sore usually makes me not want to get out of bed when my morning alarm comes calling for me to do my distance strengthening warm-ups. However, through the training temper tantrums and fits that I throw- I'm reminded by the sweat, sisterly bonding, pain and positive reinforcements that this is sogoing to be worth it.
