Day 9

So it's Day 9 and I'm official passed the herbal cleansing pills. I'll be moving on to the next phase of Advocare's 24 Day Challenge which I am looking forward to because I'm eager to see the end results. However, don't misjudge my eagerness, I'm still carefully watching my diet and making sure I make the most of this cleanse. As far as the actually 24 Day Challenge product it's a very simple; very detailed with its directions and there are also web cast, conference contact calls, and even color by number reminder directions (in case you lose the first set of directions) to help if you have any questions. Thus, I trust this product and I am considering attending some of Advocare's meetings that discuss the science behind what it preaches.
