Coming To A City Near You

Shhhhhhh... it's hush, hush
The City of Light, in all it's elegance and glamour, has dignified the meaning of a secret. Imagine walking down Avenue des Champs Elysées while minding your own business and suddenly multiples of tour buses pull up. You watch (in awwww) as thousands, yes, thousands of Parisians and Franciliens dressed in all white spill out onto the wide sidewalks where they proceeded to set up tables, cover them in white table clothes, vases of white flowers, and candelabras of white votives, and sit down to a modest feast befitting any French picnic. The champagne begins to bubble over the top of their flutes as a band (also dress in all white) plays from the top of a tour bus driving up and down the Avenue! Now, it's a party...
"This is the annual Diner en Blanc, an amazingly well-organized clandestine picnic sans permit, begrudgingly tolerated by the local police. Each year for over two decades, the location is kept secret, and the list of participants open by invitation only. Invitees are told only where and when to meet the network of busses around Paris (arranged by the mysterious organizers), which then convene together on a different surprise location each year (past picnics have been in front of Invalides, around the Place du Palais Royal, at the Arc de Triomphe)."

CAN YOU KEEP A SECRET........ Manhattan is due to be next!
I'm not sure how our NY Police Department will handle this but I'm willing to take the punishment if we can make it happen. Keep your ears open and if your invitation happens to miss you, follow up best you can and I'll see you at the "location".
I hear that Central Park is nice during this time...
